Ms Christa Ramcharan is an accomplished finance professional with over 16 years of experience in the banking sector. Her extensive expertise spans critical areas including financial management, credit analysis and compliance, operational leadership, and organisational development. Her leadership capabilities were forged early in her career, having assumed management responsibilities within her family business, an experience that cultivated her strategic mindset, resilience, and commitment to service excellence.

Academically accomplished, Ms Ramcharan holds a Bachelor of Science in Banking and Finance from the University of the West Indies and an MBA in Business Management from the University of Bedfordshire. She also holds a Certificate in Human Resource Management.

Ms Ramcharan was appointed on September 26, 2025 to the Board of the National Payment and Innovation Company of Trinidad and Tobago (NPICTT), bringing strategic leadership and extensive functional expertise in financial services.
