Mr Richard Anish Bahadoorsingh is an Attorney-at-Law in private practice, offering over 14 years of experience specialising in Civil Practice and Litigation. He provides specialist legal advisory services to Corporate Entities and Financial Institutions, ensuring compliance and effective navigation of regulatory frameworks. His expertise encompasses contracts, complex probate and estate administration, including trust establishment and management, succession planning, and the oversight of significant estates.
Mr Bahadoorsingh holds an LLB from the University of London and completed his professional training with the Legal Practice Course (LPC) from Manchester Metropolitan University. He previously served on the Board of Directors of the Princess Elizabeth Centre for six years. Currently, he is an Elder of the Presbyterian Church of Trinidad and Tobago, serving as the Vice Chairman of the Local Board of the Curepe Presbyterian Church and as Vice Chairman of the Administrative Committee of Hillview College.
Mr Bahadoorsingh was appointed on September 26, 2025 to the Board of the National Payment and Innovation Company of Trinidad and Tobago (NPICTT). His experience provides a strong foundation in legal and governance oversight, which are crucial elements in modern payment ecosystems.
