Ms Shalana Ramberran is a practising Attorney-at-Law and corporate professional in Trinidad and Tobago, committed to national development. Her extensive professional background includes over a decade of experience working within both the private and public sectors prior to her admission to the Bar.

She holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of London and a Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice from De Montfort University in England. She has been a practising Attorney-at-Law for over four years, specialising in a diverse range of legal fields, including Corporate Commercial Law, Civil Litigation, Personal Injury, and Family Law.

Ms Ramberran was appointed on September 26, 2025, to the Board of the National Payment and Innovation Company of Trinidad and Tobago (NPICTT). In this pivotal governance role, she helps steer the nation’s critical digital transformation efforts, working to centralise and modernise public-sector payment infrastructure.
