1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by the National Payment & Innovation Company of Trinidad and Tobago ("NPICTT"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
NPICTT provides government payment processing, digital identity verification, and innovation services on behalf of the Government of Trinidad and Tobago. Our services include but are not limited to: GovPay, CourtPay, Online Certified Copy, TTPOST, NOBIS eKYC, and the Innovation Centre.
3. User Obligations
- Provide accurate and complete information when using our services
- Maintain the confidentiality of any account credentials
- Use our services only for lawful purposes
- Not attempt to interfere with or compromise the integrity of our systems
- Comply with all applicable laws of Trinidad and Tobago
4. Payment Processing
All payments processed through NPICTT platforms are subject to the applicable fees and processing timelines. Transactions are final once confirmed unless otherwise specified. Refund requests must be directed to the relevant Government Ministry or agency.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property on this website and our platforms are owned by NPICTT or its licensors. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or use is prohibited.
6. Limitation of Liability
NPICTT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. We make reasonable efforts to ensure service availability and accuracy but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Trinidad and Tobago.
8. Changes to Terms
NPICTT reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
